Canyon Web Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides web design, SEO, and digital solutions. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Scope of Services
We provide the following services:

• Website design and development
• Search engine optimization (SEO)
• Website maintenance and updates.
• Additional digital solutions as agreed upon in your service contract.

Each project is governed by a service agreement or project proposal outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback needed to complete the project.
• Respond promptly to requests for approvals or content submissions.
• Pay invoices on time as outlined in your agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees: All fees are outlined in the service agreement or project proposal.
• Payment Schedule: Payments are typically structured as follows:
• 50% upfront deposit
• 50% upon project completion (unless otherwise stated)
  Late Payments: Late payments are subject to a [percentage, e.g., 5%] late fee after 7 days.
  Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for incomplete services will be at our sole discretion.

5. Revisions and Changes

• We allow 3 (Three) revisions as part of the service agreement. Any additional revisions will incur extra charges.
• Scope changes during the project may lead to additional costs and adjustments to timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of completed website designs and deliverables is transferred to you.
We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party tools, plugins, or content remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from website downtime, data loss, or any unforeseen technical issues after project delivery.
You acknowledge that results from SEO efforts are not guaranteed, as search engine algorithms are beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 Days written notice.
If you terminate the agreement, you agree to pay for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tucson, AZ.
